AI bots
The AI bots area is for administrators. It lists bot users rather than ordinary personal accounts.
Create a bot
Create the bot user in the form with a login, work email, first name, and last name. Validate the address and confirm that the account has no administrator rights. Never store the password in documentation or demonstrations.
Change status with the action on the bot card. A permission error, duplicate login/email, or partial list needs an explicit message and a fresh check; do not create a second bot blindly.
Bot profile
In the bot profile, enter the exact scenarioKey of an existing narrow scenario and whether it is enabled. The profile selects the scenario for a direct bot chat; it does not grant CRM read or write rights. An empty or unknown key should be rejected with a clear error. Lock the scenario when the conversation must not switch it manually.
Do not save a profile without a scenario. Configure and test the scenario first, then enable the profile. Check that its actions are minimal and prompts contain no secrets.
List and recheck
Refresh the list to see bots and their profiles. An empty list is normal when no bots exist; a partial or failed result should be shown as an error and reloaded. Account status and profile settings change through separate actions; do not treat one action as proof of the other.
Privacy and demonstrations
Use synthetic bot users and safe data. Do not publish email addresses, tokens, passwords, customer history, or internal prompts. For Arabic, verify RTL direction and labels before publishing a demonstration.
