Data residency

This page describes data residency in the production portal boundary. It is a factual reference for an initial review, not a certificate, legal opinion, or guarantee of compliance with a particular law.

Where data is hosted

Each portal fleet is hosted in one country. The Russian fleet is confirmed to be hosted in Russia. The country statement applies to the production fleet connected to your portal; do not extend it to other locales or regions that have not launched.

What the hosting boundary includes

The production-portal statement includes the database, uploaded files and attachments, application servers, SIP/telephony, and backups. These components belong to the same agreed portal fleet.

How the region is chosen

The hosting region is agreed when the portal is connected and is selected for the relevant production fleet. This is not currently a self-service switch in the portal, and it is not a promise to launch a new region within a fixed time.

The residency boundary

Production-portal data does not move between regions after the portal is connected to its selected fleet. This rule applies to the portal boundary listed above; it does not make third-party systems and channels that you use separately part of that fleet.

What this statement does not cover

Website analytics, outbound-mail and provider metadata, payment services, integrations you enable, and data you intentionally send outside the portal require a separate review of the relevant provider's terms. Do not treat this page as confirmation of their storage country.

Hosting in a selected country supports your own data review, but it does not by itself mean compliance with GDPR, a national law, or another regime and does not replace a process assessment. See Operational processes and requirements for operational boundaries and roles; ask your lawyer, DPO, or other responsible specialist to review the requirements that apply to you.

Available regions

List only countries with a launched production fleet. The available-region list is updated as new fleets launch. Server infrastructure in a country alone does not mean that a separate portal fleet is already available there.
