Activate a client invitation

Open the link sent by the company. It contains a one-time token and uses /extranet/invite?token=...; do not publish or forward it.

Activate

Invitation activation and recovery — conceptual guidance, not UI evidence

  1. Open the link through a trusted channel and choose a language before submitting if needed.
  2. Check the displayed name and login. Add your first and last name if they are missing.
  3. Set a password that meets the form requirements and submit it.
  4. After activation, the client portal opens. Store the password in a password manager; do not send it to the company employee.

The link does not reveal a password or grant access to other companies. Access comes from the client binding and effective policy.

Missing, damaged, expired, revoked, or already-used links require the portal owner to issue a new invitation. A link that is not active yet, has been superseded, or is blocked by the client context also requires the owner to check the binding and issue a fresh invitation; do not try to bypass it with another account. For a temporary service error, use Retry and do not submit repeatedly. If the password is rejected, follow the form requirements.

One link belongs to one client. Stop if the invitation names someone else or arrived through an untrusted channel. Never screenshot or paste the token into a shared chat or ticket.

Security

Do not make screenshots containing the token, paste the invite link into a shared chat or ticket, or include it in shared materials. After activation, check the portal language, time zone, available companies and sections; there should be no extra access.
